01 · Terms of service
Services built around clarity and care
Provider
Luxia Prevention & Coaching, Olga Pawlak-Wojcik, Roeselare, Belgium. Company number (KBO/BCE): 1032.415.045. Email: luxiapc@outlook.com.
Scope and nature of services
Luxia provides individual coaching, personal and professional development consultations, training and workshops, workplace prevention and safety consultations, and services for individual and business clients.
Coaching is developmental and supportive. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or psychological or psychiatric diagnosis. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
Confidentiality and responsibility
Information shared during the coaching or consulting relationship is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by applicable law. Luxia performs services with due care and professionalism, but cannot guarantee a specific result because outcomes also depend on the client’s engagement and actions.
02 · Booking & cancellation
Simple rules that protect everyone’s time
Booking and payment
Paid appointments are confirmed after successful online payment. Free introductory consultations require explicit confirmation by Luxia. Payments are processed through the payment system shown during checkout, and a confirmation is sent when the relevant booking requirements are complete.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule without charge up to 24 hours before the session. If notice is given less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, the fee is non-refundable and the session is treated as delivered. To request a change, email luxiapc@outlook.com and include the booking details.
Late arrival and session format
Sessions start at the agreed time. If a client arrives late, the session is not extended and unused time is forfeited. Sessions take place online or in another format agreed in advance. A standard coaching session lasts 60 minutes.
Packages
For multi-session packages, the first appointment is booked online and later dates are arranged individually during the coaching process.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Consumers who conclude a service contract online generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under applicable EU and Belgian law. If you expressly request a service to begin during that period, you may have to pay for the part already performed; once the service has been fully performed following the legally required request and acknowledgement, the withdrawal right may end. The 24-hour appointment policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights. To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement to luxiapc@outlook.com.
03 · Privacy notice
Your data, handled transparently
Controller and purposes
The data controller is Luxia Prevention & Coaching. Personal data submitted through the website or during booking is used to answer enquiries, contact people interested in services, provide coaching, consulting and training, manage billing and accounting, and comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases and data categories
Processing may rely on consent, performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, a legal obligation, or Luxia’s legitimate business interests (Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR). Data may include your name, email address, phone number, information voluntarily supplied in a form, and information necessary to provide services and issue invoices.
Retention and recipients
Data is kept only as long as necessary to answer enquiries and provide services, for periods required by Belgian tax and accounting law, or until consent is withdrawn where consent is the legal basis. Necessary data may be shared with hosting, email, online payment and accounting providers, which process it only to deliver their services.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may withdraw consent at any time where applicable. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA/APD). Contact Luxia at luxiapc@outlook.com to exercise your rights.

Duidelijke afspraken, respectvolle ondersteuning
Voorwaarden, annulering & privacy
Pakketten
03 · Privacyverklaring

Zakres i charakter usług
Poufność i odpowiedzialność
02 · Rezerwacja i anulowanie
Proste zasady chroniące czas obu stron
Rezerwacja i płatność
Anulowanie i zmiana terminu
Spóźnienia i forma spotkań
Konsumenci zawierający umowę o świadczenie usług online co do zasady mają 14-dniowe ustawowe prawo odstąpienia zgodnie z właściwym prawem UE i Belgii.
